What is Milk?
Milk is a white liquid nutrient-rich food produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is the primary source of nutrition for infant mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. Early-lactation milk contains colostrum, which carries the mother's antibodies to its young and can reduce the risk of many diseases. It contains many other nutrients including protein and lactose. Interspecies consumption of milk is not uncommon, particularly among humans, many of whom consume the milk of other mammals.

Types of Milk
Almond milk– A popular drink with dieters, almond milk may not have all the nutrients you need. It contains neither cholesterol nor lactose It is also an ideal alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or have allergies to soy.
Coconut milk– Not to be confused with coconut water, coconut milk is a popular food ingredient in Southeast Asia and Asia.
Soy milk - Made from soybeans, it’s a popular dairy milk alternative for vegans and people who are lactose intolerant.
Goat – It has a similar composition to cow milk.
Milky Bad Business
It is important to remember that a dairy farm is a business. Development of detailed business plan and a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of your plan and the resources you have available will be critical to the success of your business. How many cows will you milk? Where will you market your milk? Will you hire employees? How much money do you need to live on after the dairy bills are all paid? Your business plan should include a cash flow plan that will help you set reasonable expectations for your expenses and cost of production.

A2 Milk
A2 milk is cow's milk that mostly lacks a form of β-casein proteins called A1 and instead has mostly the A2 form.A1 and A2 beta-casein are genetic variants of the beta-casein milk protein that differ by one amino acid. A genetic test, developed by the a2 Milk Company, determines whether a cow produces A2 or A1 type protein in its milk.
Why A2 Milk
Milk is a popular dietary staple in many western countries. Sources of milk and milk products include cows, sheep, camels, goats, and others. Alternative sources that do not involve animals include soy, coconut, almond, flax, rice, and hemp.

How A2 Milk
The single most important factor in producing our delicious a2 Milk is to find the right dairy cows. Unlike other dairy farmers, our farmers exclusively select cows that naturally produce milk rich in the A2 type of beta-casein. This is done by using a simple and non-invasive DNA test we have developed, which analyses a sample hair from the tail of each dairy cow. These A2-certified cows are then milked separately to produce pure and natural a2 Milk
Benefits A2 Milk
Milk is one of the richest food sources of calcium, which is necessary strong bones and healthy teeth. One cup of milk provides between a half to a third of calcium’s recommended daily intake for a child (aged between 1-11 years) and around one third to a quarter of that for an adult. As calcium is present only in very small amounts in most common foods, it may be difficult for individuals who are restricted in their intake of milk and milk products to obtain the recommended amount.
